Gentle Yoga

All Levels/Gentle (Beginners & limitations are welcome) A gentle yoga practice using props and healthy alignment to work your body in a safe and loving manner. Focus on breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as targeting specific physical movements. When practiced regularly, yoga can help lower blood pressure, reduce stress, increase strength and flexibility, relieve pain, help with weight loss, alleviate depression and much more.
